I am  a Registered Craniosacral Therapist with 15 years of practice experience, and I offer craniosacral therapy (CST) services part time, seeing people of all ages from babies to the elderly.

Craniosacral therapy is a form of treatment which has its origins within the field of osteopathy, and which has grown and developed into an effective treatment form. It is a subtle yet effective form of body therapy which acknowledges the connection between body and mind.

I possess a wide span of clinical experience due to a long and varied career as a chartered physiotherapist, spanning 45 years working both independently and for the NHS. I can use my maturity of experience, depth of knowledge and understanding of medical matters, to address the wide variety of problems and difficulties that often accompany a request for craniosacral therapy and to offer advice and support where appropriate.

Penny is now working back at her home premises in Symington

Craniosacral therapy can help you during your pregnancy in many ways
being a safe and gentle choice for pregnant women.

This therapy is well recognised as a gentle and sensitive approach for all infants especially when the birth and post natal period have presented some challenges for all concerned.

It is well tolerated by babies at all stages of their early lives

Working With Animals

Animals appear to respond readily to my gentle and
